Electrician @ work.Welcome to the Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II online course. This qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting and related equipment and systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses/buildings. A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be a Building-Wiring Electrician, Residential/Commercial-Wiring Electrician, and Maintenance Electrician.

In this course you will learn the following:

  • Perform Roughing-In Activities, Wiring and Cabling Works for Single-Phase Distribution, Power, Lighting, and Auxiliary Systems.
  • Install Electrical Protective Devices for Distribution, Power, Lighting, Auxiliary, Lightning Protection, and Grounding Systems.
  • Install Wiring Devices of Floor and Wall Mounted Outlets, Lighting Fixtures/ Switches, and Auxiliary Outlets.

Plus bonus learnings on how to install Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV).

This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to assemble electronic products and systems for consumer/ industrial uses/applications. It consist of competencies in identifying and preparing electronic components and circuits, preparing/making printed circuit board (PCB) modules, mounting and soldering of components, assembling electronic products and performing mechanical and electrical/electronic tests.

Refrigeration Cycle

Welcome to the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC) Servicing NC II (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning) online training. This qualification is packaged from the competency map of HVAC/R Sector. RAC Servicing (Dom RAC) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a trainee must achieve to enable him/her to install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair domestic refrigeration and air-conditioning units. A person who has achieved these qualifications is competent to be a Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technician.

In this course you will learn the following:

  • Install Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (Dom RAC) units.
  • Service and maintain Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (Dom RAC) units.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (Dom RAC) systems.



  The shielded metal arc welding ( SMAW NCII) qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enhance the Skills, Knowledge and Attitude to weld carbon steel plates and pipes components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work order, welding procedure or oral instructions using Smaw welding equipment.
